Aayushi K C is the founder and CEO of Khaalisisi, based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Khaalisisi was founded in 2017 and is a waste management platform that connects local waste entrepreneurs – Khaalisisi Friends – with waste sellers. There are approximately 13,000 Khaalisisi Friends in Kathmandu. The company is connected to 250 of these waste entrepreneurs at the moment. It is a doorstep recycling program where waste hoarders like households, offices, schools, and government bodies are paid for their waste and get reports about their recycling. Khaalisisi has been featured by Google and Aayushi made it to the Forbes Asia’s 30 Under 30 list in 2018.

Kriptos was founded in 2018 and prevents data leakage through a software which analyzes, classifies, and labels information automatically using AI. Kriptos is the first Latin American startup to have received investment from Barclays Bank and is part of the Barclays Accelerator powered by Techstars. It was also selected as one of the world’s 10 fastest growing startups at the Future Tech Festival in India and the company has raised $420,000 in its pre-seed round.

Publiseer has won the Startup World Cup Nigeria Regional Competition 2019 and the Opportunity Desk Impact Challenge 2019. It was also accepted into Singularity University and the Venture Incubation Programme by University of Cape Town.

Powerstove has won more than 12 international awards including DEMO Africa, Engie Startup of the Year 2018, Cisco GPS, and GIZ-TEF.
