Westerwelle Foundation starts scholarship programme for Rwandan media design apprentices

The Westerwelle Foundation warmly welcomes the Rwandan apprentices Blaise Tuyisenge und Idriss Gasana Byiringiro to Germany. This week, the two audiovisual media design apprentices from the Kwetu Film Institute in Kigali have begun internships at the film producer “Fruitmarket” and the camera rental “Ludwig”, in Cologne.
