About AfroGreen ClimAccelerator
While the world is looking for ways to mitigate climate change, it is essential to explore the multitude of possible solutions. In recognition of the gap in late-stage accelerators and female-focused climate programmes, the AfroGreen ClimAccelerator Programme is designed to empower women-led startups in the green sector. With a focus on sustainability and growth, this 9-month programme provides a unique opportunity for 10 selected startups to develop sustainable solutions and expand their market presence.
Playbook
To continue the gender mainstreaming approach, all the learnings, best practices and methodology implemented during the programme were sumarized in the AfroGreen Playbook. This document includes all the necessary information needed to adapt gender mainstreaming practices in other of our programmes, across all locations. On top of this, some of startups ecosystem players in Tanzania has also adapted the AfroGreen Playbook to their activities.
