DigiTalents Playbook Kenya
The DigiTalents programme is focused on equipping professionals in the tech and creative sectors with digital and business skills. Programme participants range from software developers to videographers, graphic designers, copy writers and social media managers. The trainings of the programme are divided into general business trainings, as well as technical training focused on development, visual content creation, or social media management. In addition to the trainings, the programme offers professional coaching and market connections. The project is implemented by Westerwelle Startup Haus Arusha with funding from the Friedrich Naumann Foundation East Africa.
Energy Network for Berlin & Africa (ENBA)
The Energy Network for Berlin & Africa bridges green energy innovation ecosystems. It offers Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and startups a comprehensive platform for exploration, learning, and growth. The 12-month program, co-funded by the Berlin Senate, catalyses market entry and business collaboration opportunities. It does so by advising and facilitating strategic partnerships between green energy businesses in Berlin and target countries across Africa.
AfroGreen ClimAccelerator
While the world is looking for ways to mitigate climate change, it is essential to explore the multitude of possible solutions. In recognition of the gap in late-stage accelerators and female-focused climate programmes, the AfroGreen ClimAccelerator Programme is designed to empower women-led startups in the green sector. With a focus on sustainability and growth, this 9-month programme provides a unique opportunity for 10 selected startups to develop sustainable solutions and expand their market presence.
Milango Expansion Program
The Milango Expansion Program is a six-month initiative designed to support growth-stage startups in Tanzania looking to expand into East African markets. During the program, entrepreneurs receive tailored mentorship, market insights, and legal guidance while engaging with industry experts, potential partners, and investors. Five selected founders will gain hands-on experience through a market immersion trip and strategic networking opportunities to accelerate their regional growth.
